This is the first Spud cannon two of my friends and I built about two years ago. The thing had an 4" X 8' air tank, and the barrel was 2" X a little over 8'. |
The plans we had didn't work that well for us since we kept on blowing the elbow off. After some thinking we thought it might work better if the elbow was threaded in to the tank and barrel, but never got around to test it. But soon we are going to tackle a electronic valve, duel tank cannon of my own design. So hopefully that will go better.
If you wanna build this, its pretty easy, you should be able to figure it out from the picture, but if you can't just e-mail me and I'll do my best to remember every thing.
