PVC and pressurized air is not a good combination, ABS is much better....

I have herd this from a coupel of people I've found that useing the right PSI, nothing over 100 seems to be fine there are no sings of stress, and have been using for several mounths now

Never use ABS under pressure of 50psi+; ABS is brittle under pressure and fractures easily.- ted

I agree with idioticgenius. I learned that one the hard way when trying ABS from a reccomendation. Luckily I used reinforced packaging tape around it. I ended up with a bump on my head and face rather than deep cuts as a result of the 30 pieces the chamber would of exploaded into like shrapnel. I got lucky. I have no problem with 110PSI on Sched. 40 PVC.
